Olivera Krivokapić, magic made of honey

Olivera Krivokapić from Nikšić is a proof that love for job can be a driving force that changes life. As a young apiculturist she started with just a few beehives, without sufficient funds, and in the world where apiculture is often considered a “man’s” profession. That is exactly why her journey has such weight and special beauty.

At the estate in Lukovo, surrounded by nature and peace, Olivera has gradually built her knowledge and skills, from day to day she has been learning and building a space where one can feel her and her bees.  Nowadays, she successfully turns her passion into job which grows from year to year.

With Alter Modus’ support she managed to build her apiary the way she had always wanted. She invested in equipment, increased number of beehives and took steps which made her ideas become reality.
