What is the selection process like in Alter Modus?

The selection process usually comprises of testing by general HR tests and most frequently two cycles of interviews. At every meeting with our HR staff you will get information about further steps of the selection, with indicative timeline. We will endeavour to honour your time and effort you are making, by providing you with information about your results in due time.

What language should my CV be in?

It is preferable your CV to be in Montenegrin.
