SUCCESSFUL STORIES OF YOUTH IN BUSINESS!

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Montenegro in collaboration with Alter Modus launched programme “Youth in Business”.

Programme Youth in Business (#Youth in Business – #YiB) is designed for micro, small and medium enterprises which are majorly owned or managed by persons younger than 35 and for entrepreneurs younger than 35. The programme ensures them approach to necessary knowledge, skills, finance and other key resources of importance for overcoming challenges and reaching a full potential.

Support to Youth in Business – Programme for Youth in Business!

Alter Modus is the first financial institution in Montenegro which offers loans within the YiB programme. For development of entrepreneurship among the youth it is of essential importance to encourage them – not only through approach to crediting but also through education, mentorship and networking. Combining financial and nonfinancial resources entrepreneurs get opportunity to achieve business ambitions and contribute to economic development of the community.

Financial support for the YiB Programme, in form of funds for technical cooperation, was ensured by Sweden through Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency; by Italy through the Central European Initiative and Luxembourg through EBRD fund for impact on small enterprises.
