Women in Business Programme was launched in collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in March 2020. With the programme, we affirm female entrepreneurship which gives very important contribution to business environment and Montenegrin economy.
Programmes dedicated to women additionally encourage economic emancipation which, at the same time, contribute to more gender equality.
Who is the programme designed for?
Programme for women in business is intended for investment in businesses of female clients that as a natural person generate or plan to generate income from private and casual business activity in trade, services, agriculture etc.

Additional non-financial support
A specific value of the programme is the possibility to acquire new knowledge and skills within range of education organized by Alter Modus in collaboration with the EBRD.
Besides this project, in collaboration with the EBRD we have launched programme for Youth in Business (YiB) and additionally encouraged micro, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs that are in majority ownership or managed by people aged below 35, providing them access to key resources essential for overcoming challenges and reaching their full potential.
